- No advertisement of slander or mutual comparison without basis on the purpose of infringing the interest of a competitor.

- Protect the benefits of shareholders and investors through efficient and rational management.
- Legitimately disclose reliable and useful information and do the best in order to receive a fair evaluation on a corporate value through aggressive PRs and IRs.
- The corporate accounting must be clearly and accurately recorded in accordance with generally accepted corporate accounting standards, and false and manipulating figures must not be recorded.

- AMOREPACIFIC is not, directly or indirectly involved in politics, and political activities are not allowed within the business.
- Illegal political contributions or convenience are not provided to election candidates, political parties, political committees or else.
AMOREPACIFIC employees should perform their duties with an attitude of honesty and integrity, and must complete a given mission.

- Empathy with the company's corporate philosophy, and complete the mission given to each individual in a creative and reasonable way for the development of company and oneself.

- Perform all duties fairly and handle clearly and rationally when not existed in the company's policies or if rules are not clear.
- One cannot encourage unethical conducts such as taking briberies, lobbying and more for the purpose of benefits of an individual or company.

- Employees must no use company's assets for private purposes or provide it to a 3rd party by clearly distinguishing between public and private matters.
- Employees cannot pursue personal interests by using information or knowledge gained from the company.
- Employees should avoid any activity or relationship where interests of company and an employee are conflicted. When interests are conflicted, the company's benefit should be considered first.

- Employees should comply with the company's security regulations and policies, and must not reveal or disclose technologies, trade secrets, intellectual property, and other useful information to a 3rd party.

- Employees should comply with basic manners between employees, and do not perform any actions which might accuse other employees or inflict pain on anybody.
- Improper lobbying and bribes between employees are prohibited. However, a small gift and money in special occasions recognized by social convention are exempted.
